CNC Machine Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician whose focus will be on CNC machine maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems. They will develop processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Maintain inventory of repaired equipment and supplies.
Implement preventative maintenance measures to prolong life of machinery.
Record production, repair and machine maintenance information. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production runs and performs schedule maintenance repairs of production equipment.
Perform minor building repairs (touch up paint, dry wall patchwork, hanging safety signs, etc.)
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience repairing manufacturing equipment including CNC machines
Strong ability to troubleshoot machine failures and breakdowns
Thorough knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
Basic computer skills, ability to send and receive emails and perform data entry
Strong work ethic
Ability to work overtime
