A bit about us:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Laser and Turret Programmer with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication. This position is responsible for programming mechanical sheet metal parts using SolidWorks, creating shop travelers in JobBOSS, and supporting production to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Program CNC laser and turret punch machines for sheet metal components
Create, modify, and optimize programs using SolidWorks
Generate and manage shop travelers through JobBOSS
Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
Optimize material utilization, tooling selection, and cycle times
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
Troubleshoot programming or production issues as needed
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
Qualifications
Proven experience programming CNC laser and turret machines
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks
Experience with JobBOSS or similar ERP/shop management systems
Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
