Your Role as a CNA:
As a vital part of our care team, you will:
Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support medication management as directed by licensed professionals
Monitor and report changes in residents' vital signs and overall health
Offer compassionate communication to residents and families
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and staff to ensure excellent care
Help maintain a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping
Who We’re Looking For:
Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aide (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in a care setting
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physically able to assist with resident mobility and transfers
Comfortable following individualized care plans and schedules
