Raise the Bar for Every Part

Our mission is simple: nothing ships unless it’s right. Join us to safeguard dimensional accuracy and compliance from first article through final sign-off—while coaching peers and improving processes along the way.

Reports to: Quality & Safety Manager

Imagine This

A critical order is due. You’ve validated inspection criteria from the customer spec, ensured all gages are in calibration, and programmed the Zeiss CMM in Calypso. You run FAI, capture results to procedure, spot a nonconformance, and quickly collaborate with machinists to contain, troubleshoot, and identify root cause. By day’s end, the corrective path is clear, the cell is audit-ready, and the shipment paperwork certifies full compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Compare customer requirements to manufacturing documentation to confirm obligations are captured and met.
  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using calibrated equipment; document results per defined processes.
  • Calibrate and maintain precision measuring devices; keep calibration due dates current for employee, customer-supplied, and company-owned equipment.
  • Complete shipping documentation that certifies all requirements are satisfied.
  • Process nonconforming material and assist with root cause investigations in line with standard work.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to build inspection capability.
  • Establish robust inspection criteria from customer specifications.
  • Execute preventive maintenance on inspection equipment.
  • Accurately complete job paperwork and production reporting, including time & attendance and inventory.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 4 years in quality control or machining.
