Criterion is seeking a highly motivated Closing Specialist to join our team. As a Closing Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales and unsold estimates over the phone.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify leads
• Great phone closing skills and experience
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries
• Pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
• Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.

Requirements

• Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing
• Prior field Plumbing and/or HVAC experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meet and exceed client expectations for service
• Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
• Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Want to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
