  • What You’ll Do

    • Source top physician and APC talent across multiple specialties using innovative strategies and tools.
    • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand clinical requirements and deliver high-quality leads.
    • Utilize social platforms, databases, and networking to engage passive candidates.
    • Track and report sourcing metrics to continuously improve results.

  • This position will be required to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Communications, Sales, Marketing, or Human Resources) or equivalent experience required.
    • Two (2) years experience in recruitment and/or candidate sourcing required. Certification in Human Resources and/or recruiting preferred.
    • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases required.
    • Previous experience working independently, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and managing multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines with minimal direction preferred.
    • Professional recruitment industry-specific certification preferred.

    • Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of marketing strategy and sales techniques to show, promote, and sell products or services. Ability to understand the needs of clients and translate those needs into profitable objectives.
    • Communication - Effective written and verbal communication skills to perform group presentations, tactfully discuss issues, and listen to and understand complex information/situations. Ability to work with all levels within the organization, facilitate communication, and effectively document related activities.
    • Customer service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
    • Problem Solving - Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, employ creativity and alternative thinking to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
