Job Title: Clinical Therapist Social Worker
Location: Moreno Valley, CA 92555
Contract Length: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)

Travel Pay: $2400/ Weekly (Blended)
Shift: Day – 4×10 Hours (40 Hours/Week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Therapist to support our team at Client during a current staffing shortage. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience and a background in counseling to provide effective patient care and support.

Job Duties:

·         Provide individual and group therapy to patients.

·         Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.

·         Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

·         Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

·         Offer crisis intervention and counseling support.

·         Assist in discharge planning and continuity of care.

Requirements:

·         Master’s degree in social work required.

·         Valid ACSW/APCC/AMFT Intern number or LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license.

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

·         Previous counseling experience preferred.
