Compensation: $70,000 annual
Role Summary
Independently manage assigned studies at the Mission Valley site with Research Assistant support. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on participant recruitment, visit execution, documentation quality, and GCP compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day study coordination from startup through close out
- Lead patient recruitment, prescreening, and scheduling
- Conduct/coordinate study visits, informed consent, and delegated procedures (vitals, ECGs; phlebotomy preferred, including pediatric)
- Maintain source documentation, eISF/regulatory binders; support monitoring/audits
- Enter and reconcile data in EDC/CRFs; manage queries promptly
- Ensure compliance with protocol, GCP, IRB/FDA requirements; support AE/SAE reporting
- Partner with RAs to ensure visit coverage, lab processing/shipping, and timeline adherence
Qualifications
- Prior CRC (or equivalent site) experience; able to manage studies independently
- GCP training required
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred, pediatric phlebotomy a plus
- Experience in pulmonology/dermatology/endocrinology preferred
- Strong patient facing, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced, 100% onsite environment; recruitment is core to the role
