Clinical Pharmacy Manager
Compensation range: $135-175K/year

  • Newly restructured leadership position focused on clinical management
  • Oversight of 12 Clinical Pharmacy Specialists across multiple service lines
  • Opportunity to expand clinical services across inpatient and outpatient settings (targeted annual growth of 10%)
  • Close collaboration with pharmacy operations to implement process improvements
  • Key relationship-builder with NICU, PICU, Surgery, and other clinical leaders
  • Primary pharmacy contact for multiple accreditations (ADA, FACTOR, Trauma)
  • Long-term vision (5–10 years) to develop system-wide clinical pharmacy services

The team environment is collaborative and driven, with a strong culture of professional development, shared projects, and mentorship. While pediatric experience is highly valued, candidates with adult clinical backgrounds will also be considered.

Ideal Background

  • PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare or Business Management is preferred.
  • Active Ohio pharmacist license (reciprocity process is straightforward)
  • BPS certification preferred (BCPS, BCPPS, or equivalent)
  • PGY-1 required; PGY-2 preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant clinical experience; 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
