Title: Clinical Nurse Associate
Location: Yonkers, NY (Onsite)
Position Type: Full Time - 03:00pm-11:00pm

Requirements
• Minimum of 3–5 years of acute care clinical experience
• Experience in charge nurse, coordinator, or leadership roles preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Operational leadership skills required
• Ability to manage real-time staffing challenges
• Experience with patient experience rounds and service recovery
• Knowledge of quality and patient safety performance improvement
Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN), active and in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• National Certification in Nursing Leadership or clinical specialty preferred
• Prior experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
