Key Responsibilities
Perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical laboratory testing with precision and efficiency.
Ensure quality control standards are met and documented before patient sample testing.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate test results.
Manage sample processing, transport, and accessioning, ensuring all procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
Keep accurate records of quality control, equipment maintenance, and test results.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering, labeling, and organizing laboratory supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience: At least one (1) year of clinical laboratory experience.
Licensure: Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License (Required).
Desired Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure seamless workflow.
Proficiency in computer systems and laboratory software.
Location & Work Type
On-Site Position – Work directly in a clinical laboratory setting.
