Description
Emory University Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology is seeking a Hematologist - Clinical Investigator for an Assistant Professor role. Responsibilities include medical care of malignant hematologic disorders in the outpatient and inpatient settings; management of clinical research projects, including subject enrollment and scholarship/publication; supervision and education of trainees in the clinical setting, presentation of lectures as applicable. Qualified candidates will be experienced/prepared for above activities, also board-certified/eligible, and eligible for medical licensure in Georgia (U.S. training). This position will focus activity at Emory University Hospital (1365 Clifton Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30322). NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
