We are seeking a qualified Clinical Informaticist to support a potential contract award with a DOD Client. This role is contingent upon contract award and will play a critical part in our efforts to deliver exceptional results for this opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Clinical Informaticist bridges clinical practice and technical implementation.

  • Validate clinical metadata accuracy and usability
  • Support engagement with clinical SMEs and MTF stakeholders
  • Advise on clinical data governance and stewardship
  • Support evaluation of self-service and analytics use cases
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and clinical realities

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare data, and EHR systems
  • Experience validating clinical data definitions, terminology, and metadata
  • Familiarity with clinical data standards and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PHI handling)
  • Ability to translate clinical concepts into technical and governance artifacts
  • Experience working with clinicians, MTF staff, and healthcare SMEs
  • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or quality improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication skills across clinical and technical teams
  • Eligibility for Tier 1 background investigation

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.

  • Responsiveness: Stay engaged, communicate promptly, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
