The Opportunity

We are seeking a Clinical Director to provide strategic and operational oversight for our Adult Medicine department in Hartford, CT. You will lead a dedicated team of 40+ staff members, balancing clinical excellence with administrative leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Clinical Leadership: Oversee the Adult Medicine department, ensuring high standards of care and efficient daily operations.
• Quality & Innovation: Implement and monitor clinical protocols and best practices to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior administration to enhance facility functioning and long-term community health goals.
• Mentorship: Act as a key resource and performance coach for a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

What You Bring
• Credentials: MD or DO required.
• Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Adult Medicine.
• Leadership: Previous experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role is highly desired.
Passion: A commitment to community health and serving diverse urban populations.
