Clinical Business Analyst

An established public healthcare system who is seeking a Clinical Business Analyst to support their grant-funded initiatives. This role will focus on financial oversight, compliance, and reporting to ensure grant objectives are met efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in healthcare financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze grant-related financial data to ensure proper allocation and utilization of funds
- Prepare financial reports in accordance with grant requirements and organizational standards
- Monitor compliance with grant regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support grant execution and reporting processes
- Provide training and guidance to staff on grant financial procedures and compliance standards
- Assist with audits and documentation related to grant funding
- Identify process improvement opportunities related to grant financial management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in grant financial management and analysis
- Strong knowledge of compliance and reporting standards
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
