Job Details

Lead the full revenue cycle, including coding, billing, collections, denial management, and reporting
Ensure clean, timely claims processing and work closely with third‑party billing services
Implement and update fee schedules, sliding fee programs, and coding changes while training staff
Produce ongoing financial and productivity reports to guide operational decision‑making

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related healthcare field
Certification in medical or dental billing/coding
5–10 years of experience with medical billing, coding, eligibility, and insurance
Experience with Medi‑Cal, Medicare, ECM, and commercial plans; FQHC experience strongly preferred
