Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Clinic Director or Staff-Level role. Full-time availability is preferred (40 hours/week), but part-time candidates will also be considered. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be supported through mentorship and training.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• Treat patients of all ages in a general orthopedic caseload

• Full-time PTs typically see 9–11 patients per day with AI-assisted documentation

• Opportunities to develop a specialty or pursue certifications are encouraged and supported

Compensation and Benefits:

• $72,000–$82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday; no weekends or major holidays

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• New graduates supported and mentored

• Full-time preferred, but part-time candidates will be considered
