Job Details
Job Requirements
- Manage day to day of clinic location
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong operational leadership skills, including workflow optimization, scheduling, and throughput management
- Experience monitoring performance metrics and using data to drive operational and patient experience improvements
- Working knowledge of healthcare financial operations, including budgeting, visit volumes, and revenue integrity
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance and audit readiness in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital workflows
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience managing operations in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in community health, FQHCs, or organizations serving underserved populations
