Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Hours

• Will work 32-40 hours per week - 3-4 days a week, includes every other weekend
• Hours of business are - 8am-7pm M-F, 9am-5:30pm sat, 9am-4:30pm Sun

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Compensation

• The pay for this position is $75.00 an hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Responsibilities

• Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes.
• Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment.
• Document all patient care within an electronic health record.
• Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day
• Increase patient engagement and satisfaction through integration of feedback from patients, management, and professional colleagues.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Requirements

• FNP License
• 1 + years of experience as an FNP

• Submit payroll for clinic patient care staff
• Provide the clinic support services needed to operate the clinic
• Act as the coordinator for all of patient
• Serve as clinic training back up and training administrative support
• Coordinating physician and patient care provider credentialing documentation
• Supervising and coordinating all patient care activities and daily clinic operations
• Monitoring credentialing information regarding issues relating to the credentialing files
• Communicate clinical information from medical records authorization requests to insurance companies
• Arranging follow up appointments as indicated by clinical staff and providers
• Ensure coordinated care for patients
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Provide quality health care to all of patients
• Perform data entry of applicant information into credentialing database
• Provide health education to patients, families and other health care providers
• Maintain accurate and orderly patient medical records
• Maintain patient charts and medical records
• Collect and review all patient insurance benefit information
• Provide other information requested by patient
• Answering all credentialing related questions for providers
• Assuring appropriate utilization of time in clinic and for assuring administrative and clinic support staff provide services to patients, providers, and coworkers that meet customer service expectations
