Client Support Team Member Core Functions


  • Provide human-centric, customer-facing support for AT&T Fiber.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate Fiber tiers.
  • Act as a friendly brand ambassador in the Charlotte community.
  • Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth customer transition.
  • Resolve customer questions with empathy and clear communication.
  • Focus on building long-term trust rather than just a quick sale.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their support needs were met.
  • Maintain a helpful, professional presence in all customer interactions.
