Client Support Team Member Core Functions
- Provide human-centric, customer-facing support for AT&T Fiber.
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate Fiber tiers.
- Act as a friendly brand ambassador in the Charlotte community.
- Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth customer transition.
- Resolve customer questions with empathy and clear communication.
- Focus on building long-term trust rather than just a quick sale.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their support needs were met.
- Maintain a helpful, professional presence in all customer interactions.
