Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist
- Act as the go‑to support partner for Denver clients evaluating Quantum Fiber’s residential internet, offering personalized guidance that builds confidence and interest.
- Assist clients during in‑home service interactions by helping them understand installation steps, activation requirements, and simple troubleshooting.
- Translate Quantum Fiber’s gig‑speed capabilities, low latency, and whole‑home reliability into everyday lifestyle improvements that support streaming, gaming, and remote work.
- Maintain organized documentation of client conversations, service requests, and next steps to ensure smooth follow‑through.
- Work closely with sales and field technicians to align client expectations with service delivery, strengthening overall satisfaction.
- Conduct friendly follow‑ups to confirm service performance, address concerns, and naturally encourage upgrades or continued loyalty to Quantum Fiber.
Minimum Qualifications of the Client Support Specialist
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in client support or sales is a plus.
- Eager to stay informed about Quantum Fiber’s newest features, upgrades, and services.
- Ability to clearly explain Quantum Fiber’s fiber‑optic advantages without technical jargon.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing service notes, follow‑ups, and scheduling.
