Role Requirements for a Client Support Coordinator
Manage client inquiries and deliver accurate information on Quantum Fiber internet, voice solutions, enterprise connectivity, cloud services, and security offerings.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure the timely and precise delivery of Quantum Fiber services across residential and business accounts.
Monitor client accounts, track sales milestones, and verify compliance with service level agreements to maintain reliability and performance.
Support digital onboarding workflows by coordinating documentation, eligibility verification, and service activations within Quantum Fiber systems.
Maintain CRM records of client interactions, account changes, and feedback to strengthen retention strategies, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
Address client feedback and complaints with professionalism, driving effective resolutions that enhance satisfaction and reinforce trust in Quantum Fiber services.

Qualities That Set You Apart as a Client Support Coordinator
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
Experience in client support, account coordination, or administrative assistance, ideally within fiber internet, enterprise connectivity, sales, or telecommunications.
Strong communication skills to explain Quantum Fiber service options clearly, build trust digitally, and adapt messaging across diverse customer segments.
