As a Client Support Coordinator, you’re the glue that holds the Quantum Fiber journey together—connecting blazing-fast internet, smart Wi-Fi mesh, and security features to real people who just want their tech to work. The Client Support Coordinator does it all with warmth, wit, and worry-free follow-through.

Role Requirements for a Client Support Coordinator

  • Manage client inquiries and deliver accurate information on Quantum Fiber internet, voice solutions, enterprise connectivity, cloud services, and security offerings.

  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure the timely and precise delivery of Quantum Fiber services across residential and business accounts.

  • Monitor client accounts, track sales milestones, and verify compliance with service level agreements to maintain reliability and performance.

  • Support digital onboarding workflows by coordinating documentation, eligibility verification, and service activations within Quantum Fiber systems.

  • Maintain CRM records of client interactions, account changes, and feedback to strengthen retention strategies, compliance, and reporting accuracy.

  • Address client feedback and complaints with professionalism, driving effective resolutions that enhance satisfaction and reinforce trust in Quantum Fiber services.

Qualities That Set You Apart as a Client Support Coordinator

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Technology preferred.

  • Experience in client support, account coordination, or administrative assistance, ideally within fiber internet, enterprise connectivity, sales, or telecommunications.

  • Strong communication skills to explain Quantum Fiber service options clearly, build trust digitally, and adapt messaging across diverse customer segments.
