What a Client Success Representative Does
- Drive AT&T Fiber sales through high-impact in person customer interactions.
- Serve as the point of contact for all new AT&T customer acquisitions.
- Consistently hit "triple-double" targets in sales, upgrades, and retention.
- Scout competitor weaknesses to win over accounts for the AT&T roster.
- Maintain a high "shooting percentage" by converting leads into contracts.
- Collaborate with management to refine your pitch and maximize daily ROI.
- Bring the "Spurs Way" (discipline and teamwork) to every sales shift.
- Hustle for the rebound; turn every missed opportunity into a future win.
