Client Solutions Representative

Sky Nova is currently hiring a Client Solutions Representative position within our customer service team. We are seeking proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy engaging with people and delivering positive experiences. As a Client Solutions Representative, you will assist customers with service solutions, support smooth account activations, and help reinforce long-term brand loyalty.

In this role, you will represent AT&T by educating residential customers on available service options and ensuring their questions are addressed clearly and professionally. This position offers hands-on training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to build strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

The daily functions of the Client Solutions Representative

• Provide quick and efficient customer service support for customers with AT&T

• Engage with residential customers while guiding them through available service options

• Provide concise and clear information about service offerings and their value

• Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

• Recommend customized service solutions that meet the needs of customers

• Use internal CRM systems to track customer engagement, account activations/upgrades

• Work with fellow Client Solutions Representatives to drive team performance

What you will bring as a Client Solutions Representative

• Good communication skills both verbal and written

• Previous experience in Client Solutions/ Customer Service or Sales 

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving attitude 

• Comfortable working independently or in a team

• Proficient in using CRM software tools
