Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Representative
- Implement sales support campaigns that emphasize Frontier Fiber internet and TV services, focusing on reliability.
- Guide prospects through qualification audits, aligning Frontier’s fiber and TV services with household streaming and productivity requirements.
- Promote Frontier’s real differentiators, including no‑contract flexibility, installation credits, and bundled savings, to encourage adoption of fiber services.
- Employ sales tools to document activations and customer interactions, ensuring transparency and supporting Pomona’s sales benchmarks.
- Report serviceability gaps and connectivity issues, providing leadership with actionable insights to strengthen sales strategies.
- Offer customer‑friendly explanations of fiber hardware and Wi‑Fi gateways, reinforcing confidence in Frontier’s advanced technology
Minimum Qualifications of the Client Services Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in sales support, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where proactive engagement and performance metrics were central to daily tasks.
- Ability to simplify Frontier’s features, including symmetrical gigabit speeds, low‑latency streaming, and Wi‑Fi gateway benefits, into persuasive customer messaging.
- Highly motivated and organized, capable of managing outreach campaigns, qualifying residential leads, and supporting Pomona territory sales growth.
- Resilient problem‑solver, capable of addressing installation or hardware challenges and reinforcing customer trust in Frontier Fiber and TV services.
