Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a dedicated Client Services Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Client Services team, you will support employee-facing technical services, collaborate with various departments, and enhance overall user experience. Job Title: Client Services Engineer
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $45 per hour + benefits
What's the Job?
- Provide technical support for all end user technology services via ServiceNow and Slack.
- Research, install, implement, and upgrade internal systems and SaaS platforms.
- Support conference room systems, printers, digital signage, and other office equipment.
- Work cross-collaboratively on client-side projects to improve security, increase efficiency, or enhance user experience.
- Create and maintain documentation for internal team processes and user-facing support articles.
What's Needed?
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT Support or Administration role.
- Experience with Windows 10, Ubuntu, Chrome OS, and macOS in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with VMware and client-level virtualization software (Parallels, VirtualBox, etc.).
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
