Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Associate

- Facilitate account transitions by coordinating service activations, billing adjustments, and hardware provisioning with strict data accuracy.
- Provide proactive guidance on optimizing home network setups, ensuring secure connections and maximum coverage across residential environments.
- Monitor customer feedback and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support leadership in refining sales strategies.
- Partner with Client Services Associates to integrate customer insights into AT&T Fiber promotions and territory growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For in a Client Services Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred for advancement in AT&T Fiber.
