The Daily Functions Of A Client Service Associate
- Offer expert support on plans and service agreements, clearly explaining their features and benefits
- As a Client Service Associate you will analyze customer needs and suggest personalized plan adjustments, upgrades, and add-ons that deliver the most value
- Support customers by managing plan updates, device upgrades and activations while keeping everything accurate and compliant
- The Client Service Associate will troubleshoot service challenges and issues, assisting with setup and coordinating advanced support when needed
- Update CRM records carefully, tracking feedback and trends to support local sales strategies
- Work together with other Client Service Associates to connect customer insights with promotions and plan updates
- Participate in ongoing training in order to develop customer service skills
