As a Client Services Associate, you’ll represent AT&T products directly to customers — guiding conversations, answering questions, and creating positive buying experiences. Client Services Associate Daily Duties:

 

  • Engage customers directly while presenting the latest AT&T mobile phones

  • Assist customers in understanding device features, plans, and promotions

  • Provide personalized recommendations to match customer needs and lifestyles

  • Deliver exceptional customer support throughout the sales process

  • Build rapport quickly to create trust and long-term customer relationships
