As a Client Services Associate, you’ll represent AT&T products directly to customers — guiding conversations, answering questions, and creating positive buying experiences. Client Services Associate Daily Duties:
Engage customers directly while presenting the latest AT&T mobile phones
Assist customers in understanding device features, plans, and promotions
Provide personalized recommendations to match customer needs and lifestyles
Deliver exceptional customer support throughout the sales process
Build rapport quickly to create trust and long-term customer relationships
Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and productive environment
Accurately track interactions, feedback, and customer preferences
