Client Service Representative - Entry Level

We partner with charitable organizations to amplify their programs and drive meaningful social impact. We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, helping manage donations, maintain accurate donor records, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all fundraising inquiries from donors and internal teams
• Deliver exceptional customer service and donor care, ensuring timely acknowledgment of contributions
• Collaborate with management and communications teams to create and distribute engaging donor communications
• Support fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-site assistance
• Maintain and update the donor database, providing internal training and support for accurate data entry
• Assist with data input, report generation, and database management to meet deadlines and priorities
• Stay informed on the latest fundraising initiatives, industry trends, and nonprofit best practices
• Contribute ideas to enhance fundraising programs and improve donor engagement
