Client Service & Relationship Specialist

Client Service & Relationship Manager | $50-$65k/yearly

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-3pm

A North Sioux area insurance company is looking for a Client Service & Relationship Specialist who understands that insurance isn't just about policies—it’s about people and peace of mind. In this role, you won't just be "handling accounts." You will be the primary point of contact for their clients, guiding them through life’s transitions and ensuring they have the protection they need. If you’re a natural problem-solver who can translate "insurance-speak" into plain English, you’ll fit right in!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications
• Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and care
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
• Act as a trusted resource for clients with questions about their existing products and services
• Manage and process service requests across all financial products and services offered by the firm, including:
• Life insurance and annuities
• Investment and advisory-related service items
• Beneficiary, ownership, address, and bank changes
• Policy and account maintenance
• Work directly with clients to resolve issues and service needs related to their financial plans
• Track service items to completion and ensure timely, accurate execution
• Maintain precise client records across multiple systems and platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or a professional advisory environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems or financial platforms
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to pursue insurance and securities licensing
