You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This role is all about making a difference—helping clients protect what matters most while contributing to a culture of collaboration and growth.
How you'll make an impact:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams.
- Partner with the production team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Drive client retention and satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
-OR-
- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- 1+ years supervisory experience.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Experience managing client accounts in a service-focused environment.
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Solid financial acumen.
