The Role


We’re hiring a Client Relations & Sales Associate to represent Frontier residential services through direct, in-person customer engagement. This commission-based role blends relationship management with competitive sales execution, requiring professionals who can deliver a high-quality customer experience while consistently closing deals. The Client Relations & Sales Associate will work in residential settings, guiding customers through service options and maintaining long-term satisfaction.


What You’ll Do as Client Relations & Sales Associate:


  • Meet residential customers in person to introduce and sell Frontier wireless services
  • Conduct in-home sales discussions to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Close wireless sales in a residential setting while maintaining a consultative approach
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and loyalty
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and service-related needs professionally
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades, referrals, and additional services
  • Document customer interactions and sales activity accurately
