As a Client Relations Representative, you’ll connect directly with Scranton clients to present AT&T Fiber solutions, explain high-speed tiers, and guide clients through service options. The Client Relations Representative will then use their interpersonal skills to drive sales while supporting team sales goals and creating informed sales interactions that help every client understand the value of reliable fiber connectivity.
Responsibilities of the Client Relations Representative
Connect with Scranton clients to identify home Internet needs and position AT&T Fiber as the best fit for students, professionals, and families.
Share clear, friendly explanations of AT&T Fiber reliability, symmetrical speeds, and whole‑home Wi‑Fi benefits to support client sales decisions.
Lead consultations and follow‑ups that help clients understand how AT&T Fiber enhances productivity and entertainment.
Assist clients with enrollment steps, ensuring accurate checks, clear expectations, and smooth installation coordination.
Use client insights and sales patterns to shape stronger AT&T Fiber outreach across Northeast Pennsylvania.
Contribute to team goals with fellow Client Relations Representatives by supporting client engagement efforts and reinforcing AT&T Fiber’s presence in Scranton.
Qualifications of the Client Relations Representative
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in client relations or sales is a bonus.
Warm communication style that builds client trust and delivers clear, detailed guidance.
The ability to learn AT&T Fiber plans and match clients to the right Fiber solution.
Strong time‑management habits for client follow‑ups and daily sales goals.
