work collaboratively with the Director of Sales & Client Management,
Account Executives, and other Client Managers to provide day to day
support of Network Health's employer groups and brokers. The Client
Manager partners with Underwriting to deliver renewals and negotiate
pricing to retain current clients. Educating our broker distribution on
our value proposition, differentiators, and delivering in-person
presentations periodically is also a key function of this role. Day to
day support includes answering questions as well as researching and
resolving issues. Cross-collaboration across all internal departments
including: Clinical, Pharmacy, Product, Marketing, and Customer Service
will enable success in this role. Job Responsibilities: Act as a liaison
and address customer service issues which arise with assigned agencies
Provide day to day service and sales support to Network Health's
employer groups and brokers Identify, initiate, and maintain contacts
with employers and the brokers who work in the group market Communicate
timely and effectively with Director of Sales & Client Management,
Account Executive and other internal parties Facilitate and coordinate
all aspects of servicing and renewal of accounts with key functional
areas, including portal technology Responsible for timely and routine
follow-up calls to existing customers to solve problems, evaluate the
level of satisfaction. Communicate service problems to Director for
resolution and communicate the solution to the customer Document group
activity, customer profiles and applicable correspondence in appropriate
application (i.e. SalesForce) including contacts made with follow-up and
resolution Prepare reports and renewals as requested Participate in
training, planning and regular sales training programs as required.
Participate in the development of marketing materials and presentations
Provide effective communication and timely customer service solutions to
brokers and group contacts Develop internal relationships with key
resources to be able to deliver appropriate information to groups and
brokers throughout the year Ability to learn new products to be able to
sell and service Other duties as assigned * OTHER EXPERIENCE
AND QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years' experience specializing in an employee
benefits sale or service-related position with an insurance carrier, or
brokerage organization Large Group (100+) and self-funded (ASO/TPA)
