Prime Time Solutions, a sales and marketing firm, is seeking a Client Growth Manager Trainee to expand our Verizon FiOS campaign's footprint. The Client Growth Manager Trainee will cultivate client growth through strategic engagement while developing sales instincts that recognize opportunity.


As a Client Growth Manager Trainee, you will learn to identify opportunities for customer growth, support account management, and ensure clients receive exceptional service. Working closely with senior Client Growth Managers, the Client Growth Manager Trainee gains hands‑on experience in sales strategy, client relations, and campaign execution while developing the skills needed to grow into a leadership role.

  • Build rapport quickly during in‑person visits by offering simple, friendly guidance on Verizon Fios services.

  • Assist with accurate activations, account adjustments, and basic troubleshooting on‑site.
  • Partner with Client Growth Manager Trainees to monitor sales performance and refine campaign tactics.
  • Identify upgrade opportunities and new service fits through direct customer conversations.
