What your daily responsibilities look like as a Client Experience Representative - Entry Level :


  • Respond to client questions related to services, promotions, account updates, and general client support.
  • Present AT&T’s services and products to customers while listening attentively to their connectivity needs
  • Recommend tailored AT&T solutions to customers while ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer service interactions using internal systems and tracking tools.
  • Address concerns efficiently and escalate more complex inquiries with senior Client Experience Representatives when needed.
  • Work closely with fellow Client Experience Representatives on improvement processes and sales techniques
  • Support client onboarding, plan changes, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Take part in regular training to stay up to date on AT&T services, products, and campaigns.
  • Meet monthly sales goals


What we’re looking for in a Client Experience Representative - Entry Level:
