What your daily responsibilities look like as a Client Experience Representative - Entry Level :
- Respond to client questions related to services, promotions, account updates, and general client support.
- Present AT&T’s services and products to customers while listening attentively to their connectivity needs
- Recommend tailored AT&T solutions to customers while ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer service interactions using internal systems and tracking tools.
- Address concerns efficiently and escalate more complex inquiries with senior Client Experience Representatives when needed.
- Work closely with fellow Client Experience Representatives on improvement processes and sales techniques
- Support client onboarding, plan changes, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth experience.
- Take part in regular training to stay up to date on AT&T services, products, and campaigns.
- Meet monthly sales goals
What we’re looking for in a Client Experience Representative - Entry Level:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks.
