Full-time Client Experience Representative

Pay:

$15-$20 per hour based on experience and knowledge of the trades

Schedule:

Monday-Friday from 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am-5 pm, with occasional overtime requirements

THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:

As a Client Experience Representative, you'll be the vital first point of contact for families and businesses, handling calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments for service technicians, maintaining records in our CRM, assisting with billing inquiries, and conducting satisfaction checks. You'll also promote Colonial's services and preventative

maintenance programs while upholding our core values: Integrity, Flexibility, Mindfulness, Excellence, Innovation, and Enjoyment. Additionally, you'll provide administrative and client support as needed.

• 1+ years of experience in customer service is preferred

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and client relationship management platforms
• Positive, energetic, and teachable attitude; thrives in a collaborative environment

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing
