As a Client Engagement Representative, you are an ambassador for buzz and community. Through a consultative approach at events, the Client Engagement Representative listens first to understand individual situations, then connects them with the specific connectivity solutions that fit best.


Core Functions of the Client Engagement Representative
  • Conduct direct outreach at community events to identify and enroll eligible clients in wireless service programs through direct engagement.

  • Guide customers step‑by‑step through enrollment, ensuring compliance and seamless activation.

  • Drive sales by recommending personalized wireless packages that align with family lifestyles and budgets.

  • Manage event logistics to create a professional, engaging, and customer‑friendly environment.

  • Document every enrollment with precision in sales systems to maintain compliance and build trust.

  • Deliver quick, solution‑focused support with fellow Client Engagement Representatives to keep the sales experience seamless and customer‑friendly.


Education & Experience Needed for the Client Engagement Representative
  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in marketing or communications is an advantage but not required.

  • Experience in sales, hospitality, or event‑based outreach with measurable sales results.

  • Skilled communicator with a personable, solution‑focused style for customer enrollment.

  • Organized and motivated to manage outreach events with professionalism and care.
