Client Care Representative

We are looking for a Client Care Representative who will contribute to the positive building and management of client relationships.

What you’ll do as a Client Care Representative

• As a Client Care Representative you will serve as a primary point of contact for client queries
• As a Client Care Representative you will provide efficient and effective responses for all queries ensuring you maintaining positive client relationships

• As a Client Care Representative you will collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience and support client relationships
• As a Client Care Representative you will track all interactions and feedback using CRM systems and provide recommendations for client relationship management

What we are looking for in a Client Care Representative

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Genuine interest in problem solving 
• Interest in sales, marketing or client relationships management
• Knowledge with CRM tool is a plus
