About the Role

Bottomless Promotion is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Client Account Representative to support client relationships and in-person campaigns in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Support assigned client accounts and assist with daily communication.
• Provide in-person customer support during events and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
• Maintain organized records of account activity and feedback.
• Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, professional, and dependable.
• Customer-service oriented with attention to detail.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
