CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER: BUILD STRONG ACCOUNTS WHILE DRIVING WIRELESS SALES PERFORMANCE!

What a Client Account Manager Must Do
Assist residential customers with AT&T wireless products and services
Support account enrollments, updates, and service adjustments
Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to retain and responsibly grow existing accounts
Address questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner
Maintain accurate account records and documentation
Follow service standards and compliance requirements
What a Client Account Manager Must Have
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to balance service quality with sales goals
Detail-oriented approach to account support
Comfortable working in commission-based roles

Prior customer support or sales experience preferred
