PMI Sales Agency, a Denver sales and marketing firm, is looking for a Client Account Manager to support our Quantum Fiber efforts. The Client Account Manager will be the point of contact for clients, manage account updates, and collaborate with sales professionals to ensure every resident enjoys reliable fiber-fast internet and positive account outcomes.


As a Client Account Manager, you'll assist senior representatives in managing client account information and providing in-person support. The Client Account Manager will involve ensuring account accuracy and helping Denver households confidently navigate our residential solutions, contributing to sales success.


Role Requirements for a Client Account Manager

  • Act as a dedicated residential account manager, meeting homeowners face-to-face to ensure seamless management of their Quantum Fiber service agreements.
  • Monitor active accounts and identify opportunities for plan enhancements that improve household connectivity while increasing account longevity.
  • Guide residents through billing clarifications, renewals, and service modifications to protect account stability.
  • Build trust-based relationships that position Quantum Fiber as a long-term home connectivity partner.
  • Develop structured follow-up schedules to nurture long-term residential relationships and reinforce account value.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client preferences, service changes, and engagement history to support strategic account growth.
