What a Client Account Manager Does
- Grow the AT&T Fiber footprint through direct customer-facing sales.
- Facilitate the full sales cycle from initial contact to account setup.
- Balance new customer acquisition with proactive account retention.
- Provide clear, professional communication throughout the client lifecycle.
- Conduct account check-ins to ensure total Fiber service satisfaction.
- Develop strategic plans to reduce customer churn in your territory.
- Liaise between corporate clients and local consumers effectively.
- Achieve a perfect balance of sales volume and quality customer care.
