The Client Account Coordinator manages activation logs, coordinates between teams without missing a beat, and helps spotlight what’s working and what’s not for cell phone customers. Key Responsibilities of the Client Account Coordinator
- Assist account managers with customer communications, service activations, plan upgrades, and account updates for AT&T residential cell phone services.
- Coordinate and track deliverables to ensure the timely completion of AT&T wireless enrollments with accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and enrollment materials that document account progress, customer satisfaction, and service performance.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for household inquiries, providing timely updates and reinforcing confidence in AT&T’s wireless solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems by documenting customer interactions, tracking enrollment progress, and ensuring compliance with AT&T standards.
- Support inventory handling by assisting with secure receiving, preparation, and distribution of AT&T devices while staying current on best practices.
Minimum Qualifications of the Client Account Coordinator
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or account coordination, with telecommunications or sales industry exposure considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills to simplify AT&T wireless solutions, explain plan updates, and present account information clearly to residential customers.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts, service requests, and priorities while thriving in fast‑paced retail environments.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and digital systems to track accounts, document customer interactions, and ensure compliance with AT&T service standards.
