Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Clerk, Mail for their Columbia MD location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collects, sorts, and distributes mail.
  • 30% Ships and receives office supplies and materials.
  • 25% Weighs and prepares shipments.
  • 25% Operates postage meter.
  • 20% Picks-up packages inside and outside the office.
 
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year clerical experience or mail handling
  • Strong customer service orientation, Proficient
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems., Proficient
  • Basic computer skills., Proficient
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., Proficient
