Quality Supply And Tool is looking for hard working, punctual and courteous individuals to join our team as a delivery driver. Deliveries are made from our warehouse to customer offices as well as jobsites. The candidate must hold a valid CDL-B license in good standing and will need to provide a clean copy of their medical card. Safety is paramount for our employees and customers alike. Our drivers will be involved and assist the loading and checking of each load they deliver and will have sole responsibility to strap the load down ensuring safe travels.
Our drivers are responsible for the loading, strapping and checking of their loads to ensure safe transport to our customers’ shop or jobsite. Our CDL Drivers primarily drive our flatbed trucks but may be driving other vehicles such as box trucks or pick up trucks. If there is down time during the day waiting for deliveries, our drivers will be responsible for assisting in warehouse duties such as pulling and checking orders for both will call/customer pick up orders as well as orders to be taken by carrier or our trucks.
CDL-B Delivery Drivers will be responsible for the safe loading and delivery of goods and services to our customers. Our drivers must be courteous to their fellow co-workers, customers and drivers they share the road with. Overtime is often available and is offered with discretion by our shipping managers.
