We’re Hiring! Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster II (CA) | 100% Remote
Join EMPLOYERS as a Work Comp Claims Adjuster II and help deliver best‑in‑class service to America’s small businesses! This role manages CA claims with moderate exposure and works West Coast hours (8–5 PDT).
What you’ll do:
✔ Manage medical & indemnity claims from start to finish
✔ Set reserves, evaluate exposure, and collaborate with defense counsel
✔ Coordinate medical treatment & drive timely claim resolution
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service
What you need:
2–5 years of workers’ comp or insurance adjusting experience
Strong knowledge of CA WC laws & claim practices
Excellent communication, organization & decision-making skills
Ability to work 100% remote in a quiet, private space
Compensation: $50k–$75k + fantastic benefits
