A well-established mid-sized insurance defense firm with offices in New York City and Philadelphia is expanding its litigation team and looking for attorneys who want real ownership of their cases and meaningful courtroom exposure.
This is the type of role where attorneys run their files, develop strategy, and build litigation skills — not just draft motions behind the scenes.
Practice Areas
Attorneys at the firm handle a variety of insurance defense litigation matters, including:
- General liability
- Premises liability
- Construction accidents
- Auto liability
- Catastrophic injury claims
- Medical malpractice & professional liability

Job Details
- Admitted to the New York and/or Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar
- 2–10+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense strongly preferred)
- Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
- Ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution
- Strong analytical, writing, and litigation strategy skills
- Trial preparation experience preferred
