Job Details
The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation fundamentals, excellent judgment, and a client‑service orientation.
Qualifications include:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Georgia Bar (or ability to waive in)
- 2–6 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in commercial or business litigation
- Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; managing case strategy; and supporting trial preparation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with partners and team members
- Professional demeanor with clients, courts, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Trial experience, deposition experience, and exposure to state and federal court proceedings are a plus, but not required.
