Job Details

The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation fundamentals, excellent judgment, and a client‑service orientation.
Qualifications include:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Georgia Bar (or ability to waive in)
  • 2–6 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in commercial or business litigation
  • Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; managing case strategy; and supporting trial preparation
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with partners and team members
  • Professional demeanor with clients, courts, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Trial experience, deposition experience, and exposure to state and federal court proceedings are a plus, but not required.
